・ビーズの袋数は慎重にダブルチェックしておりますが、数量や穴あきビーズの確認には相当な時間を要するため行っておりません。
・だんごビーズは、ビーズクラッシャーをご使用するか小袋に入れて堅い物で軽く押し潰してばらけさせてご使用下さい。
・樹脂ビーズは製法の過程で必ずビーズに気泡やバリ（エラービーズ）が発生します。その為、余分にビーズを入れていますので気になる方はエラービーズを避けて作成下さい。

・When the product arrives, please check the number of colors and contents of the canvas and beads.

・Although we inspect the product before shipping, if there is any defect in the product (missing beads, damage, defective), please contact us by entering your order ID etc. from "CONTACT" at the top of the shop page or by message within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly exchange or ship additional beads. However, if there are no spare beads, it may take about 2 to 3 weeks to order them. (Free additional delivery of missing beads is guaranteed only once per work)

・We carefully double-check the number of bags of beads, but we do not check the quantity or beads with holes because it takes a considerable amount of time.

・For ball beads, use a bead crusher or put them in a small bag and lightly crush them with a hard object to break them up before use.

・Resin beads will inevitably have air bubbles and burrs (error beads) in the beads during the manufacturing process. For this reason, extra beads are included, so if you are concerned about this, please make sure to avoid error beads when creating your piece.

- The beads are manufactured by bead manufacturers based on DMC colors, but the colors may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. Our store's beads are contracted with only one bead manufacturer. Please understand that differences in color are not due to the bead manufacturer making a mistake in the color, but are due to the manufacturer's color specifications.

Beads are guaranteed for one year after the product arrives.
