After confirming your payment, we will usually ship your order within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, please note that shipping may be delayed in the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster. ・検品を経て配送しておりますが、万が一、商品に不備（ビーズ不足、破損、不良）がございましたら、商品到着後7日以内にショップページTOPから「CONTACT」またはメッセージにて注文ID等をご入力の上、お問い合わせください。迅速に交換や追加ビーズの発送を対応させていただきます。ただし、予備のビーズがない場合、取り寄せに2～3週間ほどお時間をいただくことがございます。（1作品につき1回のみ不足ビーズ無料追加配送保証）

・ビーズの袋数は慎重にダブルチェックしておりますが、数量や穴あきビーズの確認には相当な時間を要するため行っておりません。
・だんごビーズは、ビーズクラッシャーをご使用するか小袋に入れて堅い物で軽く押し潰してばらけさせてご使用下さい。
・樹脂ビーズは製法の過程で必ずビーズに気泡やバリ（エラービーズ）が発生します。その為、余分にビーズを入れていますので気になる方はエラービーズを避けて作成下さい。
・ビーズはDMCカラーを元にビーズ製造業者が製造しておりますが、各業者により多少カラーが異なります。当店のビーズは一社のビーズ製造業者とのみ契約しています。カラーの違いはビーズ製造業者がカラーを間違えて製造しているわけではなく業者カラーの仕様になりますのでご理解頂けますよう宜しくお願い致します。

ビーズは商品到着後『1年間』の保証をしております。

When the product arrives, please check the number of colors and contents of the canvas and beads. Although we inspect the product before shipping, if there is any defect in the product (missing beads, damage, defective), please contact us by entering your order ID etc. from "CONTACT" at the top of the shop page or by message within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly exchange or ship additional beads. However, if there are no spare beads, it may take about 2 to 3 weeks to order them.

Although we carefully double-check the number of bags of beads, we do not check the quantity or beads with holes because it takes a considerable amount of time.

For dango beads, please use the crusher sold as an option.

Please rest assured that beads are guaranteed for "1 year" after the product arrives.
