◆発送について　About Shipping
・在庫のある商品は、入金確認後7営業日以内（土日祝を除く）に追跡可能・保証付きの配送方法にて発送致します。
・台風や自然災害の影響により、発送が遅れる場合がございます。
その際は何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
・分けてお支払いいただいた場合でも、商品はまとめて発送いたします。
・大量購入の場合、配送サイズの制限により商品を分割して発送させていただく場合がございます。
お客様にはご不便をおかけすることもございますが、何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
After confirming your payment, we will usually ship your order within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, please note that shipping may be delayed in the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster. Also, if you purchase a large quantity, we may ship the items separately due to shipping size regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.

◆領収書や請求書の発行について

◆キャンセル・返品ついて　Cancellation and return
・お客様都合によるキャンセル、返品、返金、交換は承っておりません ので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・商品が到着しましたら、キャンバスやビーズの色数・内容をご確認ください。
検品を経て発送しておりますが、万が一、商品に不備（ビーズ不足、破損、不良など）がございましたら、商品到着後7日以内に ショップページTOPの「CONTACT」またはメッセージにて、注文ID等をご入力の上、お問い合わせください。
迅速に交換または追加ビーズの発送を対応させていただきます。
※予備のビーズがない場合、取り寄せに2～3週間ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。
※1作品につき1回のみ、不足ビーズの無料追加配送保証がございます。
・ビーズの袋数は慎重にダブルチェックしておりますが、数量やバリ、気泡（エラービーズ）の確認には多大な時間を要するため、個別の検品は行っておりません。
・「だんごビーズ」について
ビーズが固まっている場合は、ビーズクラッシャーを使用するか、小袋に入れて硬いもので軽く押しつぶしてばらけさせてご使用ください。
・樹脂ビーズについて
製造工程上、必ず気泡やバリ（エラービーズ）が発生します。
そのため、あらかじめ余分にビーズを同封しておりますので、気になる場合はエラービーズを避けてご使用ください。
・ビーズのカラーについて
当店のビーズはDMCカラーを基準にビーズ製造業者が生産しておりますが、各業者により多少の色の違いが生じる場合がございます。
当店のビーズは1社のビーズ製造業者とのみ契約しております。カラーの違いはビーズ製造業者が間違えて製造しているわけではなく業者カラーの仕様となります。 ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
・ビーズの保証について
商品到着後「1年間」の保証がございます。（1作品につき1回のみ、不足ビーズの無料追加配送保証。）

・Please note that if you forget to add an option, we cannot accommodate changes after payment.
When the product arrives, please check the number of colors and contents of the canvas and beads. Although we inspect the product before shipping, if there is any defect in the product (missing beads, damage, defective), please contact us by entering your order ID etc. from "CONTACT" at the top of the shop page or by message within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly exchange or ship additional beads. However, if there are no spare beads, it may take about 2 to 3 weeks to order them.
・We carefully double-check the number of bags of beads, but we do not check the quantity or beads with holes because it takes a considerable amount of time.
・Please use a bead crusher or put the ball beads in a small bag and crush them lightly with a hard object to break them apart before use.
・Resin beads may have air bubbles or burrs (error beads) during the manufacturing process. For this reason, we put in extra beads, so if you are concerned about them, please avoid error beads.
・Beads are manufactured by bead manufacturers based on DMC colors, but colors may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. Our store is affiliated with only one bead manufacturer. The difference in color is not due to the bead manufacturer making a mistake in the color, but is due to the manufacturer's color specifications, so we appreciate your understanding.

Beads are guaranteed for one year after the product arrives.
